Shop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our equipment maintenance and repair operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping our fleet of trucks, paving equipment, construction equipment, and support vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for the field. The Shop Manager will lead our maintenance team, establish repair and preventive maintenance priorities, manage parts and outside vendors, and work closely with Operations to minimize equipment downtime and keep our crews productive.
